Can I take Nutra Goodness products with my current medications?
It’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before combining our supplements with any medications.
Can different supplements/products be taken at the same time?
Generally, most supplements can be taken together. However, it is recommended to take supplements with 2-hour gap if you take coffee/tea. It is not advisable to consume Ginkgo and Coezyme Q10 supplements together with blood thinners (e.g. aspirin, warfarin, etc). For Ginkgo, contraindicated in individuals with bleeding tendency or are hypersensitive to Ginkgo. Discontinue usage or consult your physician before you undergo surgery. May cause headaches, gastrointestinal disturbance or allergic skin reactions.
